We aim to dispatch all bag orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Haul is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order — we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Haul purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Sale items and customized/personalized bags are non-returnable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
